POS-7551/F (Formerly introduced as the POS-561) Engineering samples available now

Advantech now has engineering samples available for the new POS control board (POS-7551/F) and chassis (POS-7815) that combine the fanless/low power performance of the Geode™ GX1 processor with the space savings qualities of the Flex ATX form factor. Regular production run should be ready around the end of February 2001. This POS control board chassis combination provides a ready-to -go POS solution that greatly simplifies system integration.

  • one 168 pin DIMM SDRAM

  • 16 MB onboard DRAM (optional)
  • ATX power connector
  • Socket for CompactFlash up to 256 MB
  • Watchdog timer support
  • 100% PC compatible and ready to handle any existing PC software or hardware
