The first major event of the IT industry for the new Millennium is just around the corner. CeBIT 2000 will begin on February 24th in Hannover, Germany. The Advantech Embedded Computing Group will be there and is prepared to show its newest, most advanced products at Booth E63 in Hall 13.

The Advantech EC Group provides embedded computing solutions that fulfill system integrators' application needs. For board-level products, we will present high-speed and high-performance single board computers (SBCs) that support 2x AGP and 3D VGA, video/TV /audio functions, increased network functionality as well as low power consumption.

For system solutions, our new 15" panel PC, the PPC-153T, which can support Intel?Celeron CPUs up to 500 MHz, plus offer optional resistive, capacitive or SAW touchscreens, will be displayed. With its powerful computing capacity and highly integrated I/O interface, this network-ready product is an ideal platform for information terminals and kiosk systems.

In addition to the exhibition, the EC Group will also hold a Pan-European Distributor Conference at the ParkHotel Kronsberg in Hannover on February 26th. We have invited our major distributors and business partners in Europe to join this conference to update them on the most recent developments on Advantech's business operations and products. Since Advantech launched its on-line ordering system last July, we are sure e-Business will be a major topic. This conference is a great medium to share experience and hold discussions on this as well as other topics. We look forward to your participation and seeing all of you at our booth at CeBIT.
